Task Management

HR HUB 360 comes with a task management section which helps employees to connect with Human Resources making the User/HR interaction smoother.

Rapid Communication has been the overall focus while designing, now a user can contact HR, Admin, Payroll Admin and Benefits Specialist through our software instead of Email or Phone.

    Most common scenarios include:

  • Easily contact HR/Payroll/Benefits Specialist , if Temporary ID card, Missing Paystub or need experience letter is needed.
  • Employee can create task and sub-tasks to track – Passport Renewal and this is private tasks limits access only to him .

Overview

The whole cycle starts by creation of a ticket by the user. This ticket could be of many sorts e.g.,

Types of Task/Tickets :

  • Auto Tasks [System] : System creates task/ticket automatically.
    Ex: Passport Expiry, New Direct Deposit Added and etc.,
  • Manual : Admin/Employee creates task/ticket and assign to department.
    E.g.: Need Paystub, experience letter & etc.,
  • Personal : Create Personal Task/Ticket to track our own tasks.
    Ex: Follow up on PERM Process, Passport Renewal

Process Flow

  • 1. Once ticket is generated, HR & Admin will be notified by email seeking attention .
  • 2. HR or Admin could take action related to the ticket or add priority and assign it to someone who is capable of handling it.
  • 3. Once necessary action is taken, the related user gets notified through email. Once the issue is ticket is completed and necessary action is taken, the related user gets notified via email.

Purpose

  • Helps user to create personal as well as official tickets and effectively track them.
  • While the user work on important modules automatic task would be created helping both Admin and User to trace the activity with at most precision .
  • It lets user to get HR & Admin attention important scenarios when required .
  • If user make any change in important scenarios, it lets HR takes necessary action immediately as they get notified .
