Onboarding Compliance
Overview :
HR HUB 360 come with an Onboarding compliance feature, which is in place to ensure that newly joined employees complete the Onboarding process by uploading mandatory document without HR follow-ups.
Purpose :
- Avoids follows ups from HR for mandatory data and document upload.
- Ensure all important data is added to employee profile such as
- Emergency contact
- SSN number
- Onboarding page specifically for HR, letting them track each employee’s compliance.
- Employee categorized based on country making it employer-friendly
Features :
- Email Alerts for employees and HR.
- Reminder for Employees at the time of logging in to the application for employees. Until Onboarding compliance is completed.
- Single place where admin can view all employee compliance.
- Documents need to complete the compliance changes based on country of employment.
- Send email feature to remind the employee via email.
