  • The Action Center in an employee & admin/HR dashboard serves as a centralized hub where administrators can efficiently manage various tasks, notifications, and actions related to their responsibilities.
  • Its purpose typically revolves around facilitating quick decision-making, task prioritization, and ensuring smooth operations within the system or organization.

User Capabilities:

  • Onboarding Compliance

Onboarding Compliance:

  • Compliance count is visible within the Action Center dashboard, providing real-time information on the status of onboarding tasks for each new user.
  • Number of compliance-related tasks or requirements that need to be completed during the onboarding process.

Missing Timecards:

  • The system would then automatically generate a list or notification within the action centre for any user who have not submitted their timecards by a specified deadline.

Drafted Timecards:

  • User can create draft timecards for the hours they have worked or plan to work within a specified period.
  • The action centre would display a count of drafted timecards for each user who has started but not yet submitted their timecard for approval.

Rejected Timecard:

  • Once a timecard is rejected, it remains visible in the action centre interface for the user.
  • The action centre displays a count of rejected timecards for each user who has had one or more timecards rejected. This count serves as a reminder for the user to address the issues with their time entries.

My Tasks:

  • Managers or team leads assign tasks to users using HR HUB 360 system.
  • Tasks could range from specific projects, assignments, deadlines, or other work-related responsibilities.
  • This could be a dedicated section where users can easily view all their assigned tasks briefly.
  • The action centre prominently displays a count of tasks assigned to each user.
  • This count serves as a visual indicator of their workload and pending responsibilities.

Admin/HR Capabilities:

Onboarding Compliance:

  • Admin with a centralized platform to monitor and manage onboarding compliance effectively.
  • Admin gain real-time visibility into the number of compliance instances requiring attention.

Out Of Compliance:

  • Administrators with a centralized platform to monitor and manage instances of non-compliance effectively.
  • Displaying the Out of Compliance count, administrators gain real-time visibility into the number of instances requiring attention.

Unassigned Tasks:

  • Administrators can easily monitor the status of all tasks, including those that are unassigned.

Timecard Approval:

Payroll Process draft, Submitted & Completed:

  • When an admin starts a new payroll process, record it in the database with a status of "Draft".
  • Once the admin submits the draft, update the status in the database to "Submitted".
  • When the payroll process is completed, update the status in the database to "Completed" along with the completion date.
