Post-Employment Portal Access

Overview

HR HUB 360 allows an organization to continue providing comprehensive support and duty of care for employees, no matter their status. Once an employee leaves an organization, the HR and Payroll support responsibility doesn’t end. A growing number of enterprise IT departments are restricting access to current HR systems for former employees to limit potential security breaches.

To overcome this and for user convenience, HR HUB 360 has introduced a new feature that allows former employees to access HR HUB 360 through any device at any time. This means that you can access your documents such as pay stubs, identification documents, and other required documents even after leaving the company.

When the employee completes his/her tenure, they are provided with new login credentials for the HR HUB 360 access.

HR HUB 360 access for former employees comes loaded with features such as :

1. Access to New Job Opening

  • As an former employee, you’ll retain access to HR HUB 360. So, you’ll be able to log in and view announcements related to New Job openings that are currently open within the company.
  • It comes with the option to instantly apply for the post. This feature is helpful for former employees who are in search of new opportunities and don’t have access to such information

2. Document access

  • Getting access to employment-related documents or Paystub from a former employer is in general a time-consuming process and involves lots of procedures. This feature is added to HR HUB 360 to address all such concerns of former employees.
  • Now any former employee can access their document from any corner of the world by simply logging into their HrHub account.

3. Contact HR

HR HUB 360 access comes with a feature that lets employees interact with HR, exchange documents and even sign documents online. This saves time for both employee and admin they don’t need to come to the office if such a need arise.

4.Employment History

  • HR HUB 360 streamlines the document management process, removing the need to file paperwork and cutting down on the manual work involved in managing employee information. A simple login gives employees access to their employment history, including
    • Key Dates
    • Employment tenure
    • Job title
    • Salary
    • Reason for leaving

This is useful for future reference.

5. Update Address

  • HR HUB 360 has added a feature that allows employees to update their addresses via the HrHub Login application.
  • This is especially useful if an employee is relocating for work and wants to ensure that their Former employer can be in touch with them.

6. E-Signing

Signing documents on the HR HUB 360 platform does not require the former employees to print, scan, or go through any other process except clicking the appropriate button in a discussion. The signing of any document using this process is electronic and cannot be duplicated by a paper version, therefore, avoiding fraudulent use of paper (company Documents) and security restricted access is only granted to the document owner
