Once an employee leaves an organization, the HR and Payroll support responsibility doesn’t end. A growing number of enterprise IT departments are restricting access to current HR systems for former employees to limit potential security breaches.
To overcome this and for user convenience, HR HUB 360 has introduced a new feature that allows former employees to access HR HUB 360 through any device at any time. This means that you can access your documents such as pay stubs, identification documents, and other required documents even after leaving the company.
When the employee completes his/her tenure, they are provided with new login credentials for the HR HUB 360 access.

Signing documents on the HR HUB 360 platform does not require the former employees to print, scan, or go through any other process except clicking the appropriate button in a discussion. The signing of any document using this process is electronic and cannot be duplicated by a paper version, therefore, avoiding fraudulent use of paper (company Documents) and security restricted access is only granted to the document owner
